Referral Forms for the Bladder, Bowel and Erectile Dysfunction Service are available:

  • in the Organisational Group Folder in SystmOne
  • in the EMIS 'BH Global documents' or 'BH Global Templates' folder

The integrated Bladder, Bowel and Erectile Dysfunction service, provided by Sussex Communtiy Foundation Trust, delivers care for patients identified with continence, bowel problems and lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), and also men with sexual dysfunction.

Any person over 16 years registered with a GP in Brighton and Hove can be referred from primary or community care services for the bowel and bladder service while the erectile dysfunction service is open to men over 16 years referred from primary care.
