Locally Commissioned Service GP Practice Contract
Locally Commissioned Services (LCS) were previously known as Local Enhanced Services, or LES.
LCSs are commissioned by the Brighton and Hove CCG (BHCCG) and Brighton and Hove City Council (BHCC) Public Health Directorate, and apply to the provision of services not included in the NHS Standard Contract. This new contract is underpinned by an outcomes framework. This contract is available to general practices working in clusters.

LCS Service Specification
This specification lays out the changes BHCCG and BHCC would like to see in the delivery of care in General Practice, and the outcomes these changes will help to deliver.
