Intermediate Tier Headache Service Pathway Redesign

The Intermediate Tier Headache Service (ITHS) offers an enhanced service, provided by GPs with additional training, to support patients with chronic headache or migraine, to avoid unnecessary referral into secondary care. 

Please refer patients to The Intermediate Headache service provider if you consider that a 30-minute headache consultation or further investigations are needed.
